The maintenance crew for The Villas works year round to keep things tidy. The lawns are mowed regularly from spring through fall, and shrubs around each unit are trimmed twice per year. But residents may opt out of this service if they prefer to trim their own shrubs. Snow removal for all streets and cul-de-sacs is performed by a contractor, and curb-side trash pick-up is provided every week, and residents have access to a dumpster and recycling trailer.
The Villas features one of the few private boat docks on Lake Cumberland. The boat dock, with slips for boats and jet skis, is located on Canterbury Drive.
