Gazebos
A pair of large, wooden gazebos are located on the Villas grounds for relaxing, small parties or even photographs.
Postal Boxes
A bank of US Postal Service mailboxes, including outgoing mail slots and parcel boxes, is located in a gazebo at the intersection of Villa Place and Cathedral Place, near the clubhouse. Residents may obtain one of these mailboxes, subject to availability, by visiting the US Post Office on Highway 90 in Bronston.
Gated Security
The Villas is a secure community with a gated entry (accessible via a touchpad or optional remote) monitored and serviced by Modern Security Systems.
Swimming Pool

Private Boat Dock
The Villas features one of the few private boat docks on Lake Cumberland. The boat dock, with slips for boats and jet skis, is located on Canterbury Drive.
